Each year, the Selection Committee will review candidates for selection; in the first year of the program the Committee also will establish The Founders Hall, a group of Hill legends deserving immediate and prominent recognition. The Committee includes:

- Duncan Banfield '91 (President of the Alumni Association)
- Omar Brown '86 (Trustee)
- Harry Price (faculty emeritus and retired coach)
- Margie Neiswender (current faculty member)
- Mark Nelson (current faculty member)
- Henry Bender (ex-officio and archivalist)
- Willis Pierre (ex-officio and archivalist)
