On Wednesday, May 11, students participating in the spring Afternoon Arts program had the opportunity to perform their spring recital. There were a wide variety of performances given, ranging from classical music pieces played on the piano and violin, to a DJ mix demonstration. Two big music events were held on the evening of Friday, May 13. First, the Hilltones and Hilltrebles gave a lighthearted performance with a selection of music from famous artists including James Taylor, Michael Jackson, Katy Perry, and Justin Bieber. After the Tones/Trebles concert, the Parker-Finn Experience, a faculty band including Mr. Bob Parker and Dr. James Finn, both of whom will be retiring at the conclusion of the school year, performed a concert for sixth formers and faculty.
