The hub of student life at The Hill School is the Student Center and Grille. Located on the lower level of the Academic Center, this is a relaxing place for students to socialize between classes and during free times throughout the academic day and in the evening. The center is open from 7 a.m. until 10:45 p.m. (nightly check-in). Hours on weekends are subject to change depending on the scheduled activities. The Student Center houses the Grille -- a great place to purchase sandwiches, soft drinks or coffee, and other refreshments -- vending machines, an ATM, large screen television, and lounge chairs and is the main location for a variety of on-campus activities including:

  • Dances
  • Concerts
  • Coffeehouses
  • Viewing big sporting events (Super Bowl, World Series, etc.)
  • Game nights
  • Karaoke nights
  • Late-night snacks

The Grille is the snack bar located in the student center. It serves a variety of breakfast, lunch and snack foods, including: assorted breakfast sandwiches, omelets, club sandwiches, chicken fingers, fries, mozzarella sticks, pizza, cookies, candy, Sobe beverages, Gatorade, juices, milkshakes, and more. The Grille is open during the academic school year. The hours of operation are as follows:

  • Monday – Friday 8 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 
  • Monday – Friday 8 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
  • Saturday 8 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
