Boyer Gallery to welcome artist David Quigley |

| "Boar's Head View" oil on canvas | The Hill School will host an art exhibit featuring plein-aire artist David Quigley from Saturday, January 14 through Friday, February 24, 2012 in the Boyer Art Gallery of the Center For The Arts. The opening reception will be held on Friday, January 13, 2012 from 7 to 9 p.m. The exhibition is free of charge and open to the public. Visitors may enjoy the exhibit Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., or by appointment on weekends.
David Quigley studied art at West Philadelphia High School, where he was granted a full four-year scholarship to attend the Philadelphia Museum School of Art (now known as The University of the Arts). In addition to painting, Quigley also does work designing residential and commercial buildings, creating murals for commercial locations, designing packaging, advertising art, custom furniture, crafting signs, and other small projects. |
